All seats include a four course farm-to-wilderness meal with dessert by Robbie Tutlewski. Wine and craft cocktails are complimentary and plentiful.

What happens when we get out to the desert?

We'll introduce you to your hosts, and share a craft-cocktail demonstration and an introduction to the area we'll be dining, and why it's significant. During this time we'll pass appetizers and give everyone a chance to meet. The dinner will begin, and your chef will share details about each course as they're presented.

Where am I driving?

Our meeting space is just off 17th Ave and Happy Valley Rd. When Google or Maps has you turn onto a dirt drive, don't be spooked. Look for our signs on the right about a block up.

How long is the event?

Our dinners tend to run 3.5-4 hours depending on the crowd, and the individual styles of our guest chefs and cocktail makers. Our dinners are a great place to take a relaxed approach to timing, forget your watch, and enjoy.

Are there restrooms?

Yes. We'll have a porta-john and hand washing station available for use.

Can you accommodate my diet?

Probably! We just need to know ahead of time as there is no kitchen to run back to in the desert. Just make sure to mention it when you RSVP.! We'll get in touch if there are any issues.
